Television Bureaucracy

It has finally happened! After years of corporate bureaucracy and bull shit in the television industry, I have finally renounced myself as a loyal viewer. I shamefully admit I used to watch a lot of television. So I have put away my TIVO, canceled my cable, and will no longer be watching the mindless commercials and subliminal advertising that ran my life. I will not sit by as the Networks we all once came to love determine our fate. Tiresome unintelligent entertainment is the wave of the future. The population as a hole is being mind warped into animals with the intellectual capacity of a trained dog. Anything that has meaning or puts a thought in those little brains is removed from the airways in fear that people will rise up and bark for them selves instead of when they are told.

My Tiny Universe

I know it’s a little premature to be writing a movie review on this site seeing is how it was just updated, but while I was reprogramming things I watched a movie last night that I felt must be shared. The movie was called “My Tiny Universe” and had a fun, entertaining, and witty style that for me displayed a hidden undertone about the meaning of life. Starring (Dickie) Andy Comeau as a suicidal out of work actor who finds the phone of a wealthy famous movie producer played by (Bobby) John Heard whose life is a train wreck. Dickie convinces Bobby to come to his apartment to pick up his phone and this is where the adventure begins. It’s an adventure of twists and humor as (Bobby’s pregnant mistress) Debi Mazar shows up to confront Bobby about divorcing his wife played by Lesley Ann Warren. This movie brings to light the question “Is the grass always greener on the other side?”

As I was writing this I went to IMDB.com to make sure I got all the actors names correct and found this movie was rated 3 out of 10 stars. I find this movie was funny and original. I gave it 7 out of 10 stars.
